First Aid Response Course Spring 2026

Join our comprehensive First Aid Response Course, designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to handle real-life emergencies. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will learn vital, life-saving skills including:

• How to assess and respond to emergency situations

• Treating wounds, bleeding, and fractures

• Managing burns, sprains, and head injuries

• Recognising and caring for medical conditions such as heart attack, stroke, asthma, and diabetes

• Performing CPR and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

• Providing reassurance and support until professional help arrives

This practical, hands-on course is delivered in weekly 2-hour evening sessions across 10 weeks, making it accessible for all schedules.
